Domestic abuse isn’t just a personal issue, it affects whole communities, including friends and family members who are worried about someone they care about. That means we all have a role to play in helping to end it.
Our mission is about raising awareness, starting conversations and giving people, especially those closest to someone at risk, the tools they need to spot the signs, speak up safely and offer support.
We’re here to help bridge the gap between communities and support services, so no one feels alone and everyone knows where to turn, whether they’re experiencing abuse or concerned for someone else.
How can we help?
If something doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to reach out.
If you’re worried about someone you care about, you’re not alone. Friends and family are often the first to notice when something doesn’t feel right and you might be in the best position to offer support.
But we know it isn’t easy. Supporting someone in an unhealthy or abusive relationship can leave you feeling unsure, overwhelmed or even helpless.
That’s why we’re here not just for survivors, but for you too. We can offer guidance, a space to talk things through, and help you find safe ways to support your loved one.
In an emergency please dial 999,
the Police are there to help you.
